Return Request

The Return Request has been developed to facilitate the return or exchange process. By filling in this form, your return will be forwarded to our customer support team, who will help you return the product.

The Customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days of the day on which the Customer or a third party on his behalf acquires physical possession of the goods, or of the last good if several items were ordered in a single parcel and delivered separately.

If the Customer chooses to exercise the right of cancellation, it is the Customer’s responsibility to bear the costs of returning the goods.

VOLT-E provides a return label from the same carrier that delivered the parcel. If you wish to collect the product with the label we have provided, you can choose the collection point of your choice. Or, if you prefer, you can send the returned item at your expense with the carrier of your choice.
